These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern access to erkanotomotivmenemen.com and the home warranty products marketed under the HomePrime name. By browsing this website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or enrolling in a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request coverage. The contract issued at enrollment, including its coverage summary, exclusions, limits, waiting periods, and service-fee schedule, controls if there is any conflict with marketing copy on this website.
HomePrime offers home warranty service contracts for specified residential systems and appliances. A home warranty is a service agreement. It is not a homeowner insurance policy, not a maintenance agreement, not a builder’s structural warranty, and not a guarantee that equipment will never fail. Coverage is limited to mechanical or electrical failure of listed components due to normal wear and tear during the contract term, subject to the exclusions and conditions in the issued contract.
HomePrime arranges diagnosis and covered repair or, where the contract allows, replacement of comparable equipment through independent licensed contractors. HomePrime does not employ every field technician and does not own the equipment in a member’s home. Authorization is required before work that HomePrime is expected to pay. Work performed without authorization is the household’s expense unless later approved in writing.
Plans are intended for residential dwellings used as private homes, including single-family houses and qualifying multi-unit residences where the member is responsible for the listed systems. Equipment must be installed for its intended residential use, accessible for service, and in proper working order at the start of coverage. Equipment that is already failed, unsafe, improperly installed, unpermitted, recalled without remedy, or used in a commercial kitchen or industrial process is not eligible merely because a form was submitted.
Unknown age does not automatically void coverage, but missing model information can delay parts and authorization. Outdoor units must be installed according to manufacturer clearances. Systems located in inaccessible crawlspaces, locked rooms, or behind finished walls may require the member to provide access at the member’s cost before a technician can complete diagnosis.
A request on this website is not coverage. Coverage begins only after HomePrime accepts enrollment, payment terms are arranged as described in the contract, and any waiting period has elapsed. Waiting periods exist to prevent the service contract from being used for breakdowns that were already in progress. The length of the waiting period is stated in the contract for the selected plan tier and may differ for add-on items.
If local consumer rules grant a cancellation window after enrollment, that window is described in the issued contract. Marketing prices on the Pricing page are starting prices for illustration. Final pricing depends on home characteristics, selected add-ons, and underwriting questions answered during the quote process.
Essential, Complete, and Premier plans group different combinations of heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, water heating, kitchen appliances, laundry appliances, and optional add-ons such as garage door openers or selected roof-leak benefits. Only items named as covered in the member’s contract are covered. A photograph on this website, a blog article, or a salesperson’s oral summary does not add a component to the contract.
Limits may apply per item, per claim, and in the aggregate for the contract term. When a limit is reached, remaining cost is the member’s responsibility. Limits reset only if the contract says they reset. Unused coverage has no cash value and is not transferable except as the contract allows when a home is sold.
Members must notify HomePrime of a failure through the channels stated in the contract, which for this website means the contact form or the email published on the Contact page. Notification should include member identity, a description of symptoms, equipment location, and, where possible, model information and photographs. HomePrime may request additional details before dispatch.
HomePrime will determine whether the described item appears to fall within coverage and, if so, assign a contractor. The member must be present or provide an authorized adult at the home for the appointment. Missed appointments may result in a fee or delayed rescheduling. The member shall not instruct the contractor to perform extra non-covered work and then seek HomePrime payment for that extra work.
Diagnosis is not a coverage decision by itself. A contractor may find that the cause is excluded. In that case HomePrime is not required to pay for repair, replacement, or subsequent visits related to that excluded cause. The member may still hire the same contractor privately.
Each approved service visit is subject to a trade service fee payable by the member to the contractor or as otherwise directed in the authorization. The fee is due even if the technician determines that no covered repair is available, except where the contract expressly waives the fee for a HomePrime assignment error. Multiple systems failing at the same time may require multiple fees if multiple trades or separate authorizations are needed. The fee is not a deductible against an insurance claim; it is a condition of dispatch under the service contract.
HomePrime’s default is repair of the failed covered component. Replacement of an entire appliance or system is considered when repair is not reasonable under the contract’s cost, parts-availability, and safety guidelines. Replacement, when authorized, is of comparable capacity and function, not an upgrade in efficiency, finish, or smart features. Code-required modifications, permits, haul-away of old equipment, and modifications to cabinetry, ducting, electrical supply, or plumbing beyond the failed covered part may be excluded or limited.
Refurbished or builder-grade replacements may be used when they restore function. Matching discontinued colors is not guaranteed. Members who wish to upgrade may pay the difference if the contractor and HomePrime agree in writing before the upgrade is ordered.
Unless an add-on expressly includes them, the following are generally excluded: cosmetic damage; rust and corrosion that has not caused a covered mechanical failure within the meaning of the contract; routine maintenance, cleaning, and filter changes; refrigerant recharge except as the contract allows after a covered repair; secondary damage to property, food, or lodging; mold; pests; missing equipment; homemade or unpermitted installations; commercial-rated equipment in a residence; solar components unless listed; smart-home modules not required for basic function; roof structure except a qualifying leak add-on; foundation; windows; and failures caused by misuse, abuse, fire, flood, wind, impact, power surge beyond listed limits, improper voltage, or lack of maintenance recommended by the manufacturer.
Pre-existing conditions, including failures that a reasonable inspection would have revealed at enrollment, are excluded. Intermittent issues that were already reported to a prior technician may be treated as pre-existing if evidence shows the defect existed before the coverage start date.
Members must operate equipment according to manufacturer instructions, replace filters and perform ordinary care, keep the home reasonably protected from freezing, and shut off water or fuel when a leak or unsafe condition is discovered. Members must not conceal known defects during enrollment. Misrepresentation can void the contract from inception.
If a municipality requires permits for replacement, the member is responsible for providing access and, unless the contract says otherwise, for permit costs. HomePrime is not a general contractor for remodeling.
Network technicians are independent businesses. They remain responsible for their workmanship according to licensing rules and the authorization. HomePrime is not liable for incidental household disruption, such as need to move furniture, except as the contract expressly provides. Members should secure pets and valuables before a visit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HomePrime’s responsibility under a service contract is limited to the covered repair or replacement described in that contract and its stated monetary limits. HomePrime is not liable for consequential losses such as spoiled food, hotel stays, lost wages, or emotional distress, except where a non-waivable law requires otherwise. Website information is provided without warranty of completeness.
If a coverage decision is disputed, the member should first request a written review through the contact form, quoting the authorization or claim reference. HomePrime may request a second technician opinion. Remaining disputes follow the dispute section of the issued contract, which may include mediation before court proceedings. Nothing in these website Terms reduces non-waivable consumer rights.
HomePrime may update these website Terms by posting a new date at the top of this page. Plan contracts are changed only according to their own amendment rules. Either party may end a contract as the contract allows, including for non-payment or material misrepresentation. After termination, claims for failures that occur after the end date are not accepted.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any plan contract you later sign are the complete understanding for their respective subjects. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue. Headings are for reading convenience only.
